We have been servicing Apple products in New Orleans since 2004, long before iPhones existed. Macs were specialty computers for creative professionals and since there was no Apple Store, they were ordered through the mail. 14 years later, we are still here and have more experience with Macs than any Genius Bar or Geek Squad. Our repairs are done in house right here in our New Orleans store. We don’t mail off computers to service centers where other technicians do the work. We carry a variety of genuine Apple parts such as batteries, logic boards and chargers and cables.

Repairs

We service all Apple products. This included the current product line of Macs, iPhones, iPads and Apple Watch, as well as vintage Apple products that are no longer serviced by the Apple Store.

Data Recovery

Some companies offer data recovery, but we specialist in Mac recovery. A Mac hard drive is partitioned differently than a PC, thus the recovery process requires an entirely different approach, as well as specialized tools. We have been recovering data from Macs for over 12 years.

Troubleshooting

If you are having basic problems such as getting online or sending emails, a one-on-one consultation with a specialist might be best for you. Our support specialists are trained to assist and educate new Mac users and help you find your way around the Apple world.

Upgrades

Running slow? Many older Macs can be upgraded for increased performance at a fraction of the cost of buying a new Mac.
